Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate Technology Innovation & Data Assistant Manager who strives for excellence in a fast-paced work environment. This position reports to our Assistant Director & Director of Technology Innovation & Data.

Job Responsibility:

Responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of all computer systems and data communications activities in the hotel

Requirements:

  • College degree or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years previous experience in similar capacity
  • Knowledge of cabling
  • Knowledge of computer networking equipment and operating systems, specifically Windows 20xx Server
  • Knowledge of personal computer and server hardware
  • Knowledge of data communications equipment and protocols
  • Knowledge of office administration applications
  • Knowledge of specific hospitality industry applications
  • Strong interpersonal skills and be able to relate to all levels of management
  • Must be able to assist hotel guests with technical requirements and problems
  • Must be capable of training users with varying degrees of computer knowledge
