Job Responsibility

  • Maintain and support critical hotel technology systems, including the Property Management System (PMS), Call Accounting, HSIA, PABX, and Food & Beverage Point of Sale (POS) platforms, ensuring maximum uptime and reliable 24/7 operations
  • Provide systems administration and end-user support, including user account management, access configuration, troubleshooting, documentation, and training on hardware and software systems
  • Assist with server and infrastructure management, including performance monitoring, operating system upgrades, maintenance, troubleshooting, and overall technology environment reliability
  • Deliver technical support across all property applications, including back-office, sales and catering, human resources, and other business systems, while managing service restoration, issue resolution, and cybersecurity protections such as virus prevention

Requirements

  • 4-year college degree or at least 1 year in IT experience
  • hotel experience preferred
  • Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language
  • Proven ability to maintain a safe working environment while demonstrating professionalism, sound decision-making, and exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to interpret and analyze data, quickly grasp technical concepts, and apply operations knowledge to drive efficient and effective outcomes
