The Technology Enablement Trainer strengthens Customer Success by delivering the training and resources that help teams use internal tools effectively. In this role, you will become an expert in key internal systems and tools. You will create and deliver interactive courses to increase the knowledge and technical skills of our teams. The Technology Enablement Trainer will collaborate closely with our business teams, and other training experts, to deliver quality content that sets up team members to succeed through optimal use of systems and tools.
Job Responsibility:
Collaborate with global business area leaders and subject matter experts to translate business needs to training goals & learning paths
Design, develop, deliver & engage effective training courseware through advance scripting, storytelling, demonstrations, interactive learning techniques
Apply adult learning principles, methodologies and techniques in the training development framework
Lead virtual instructor led (VILT) training sessions, webinar, workshop for Blackbaud global teams
Develop comprehensive training materials including advanced presentations, workflows, user guides, job aids, hands‑on labs, process walk‑throughs, and e‑learning modules
Partners with IT, Product, HR, and Business teams to understand technology changes and training requirements
Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to simplify complex technical concepts and convert them into digestible learning content
Create AI coaches to supplement training courses
Evaluate training effectiveness using assessments, feedback, and performance metrics
Monitor training consumption & provide monthly reporting (with help from the reporting team) and recommendations for enablement based on consumption patterns
Prioritize and manage projects to completion and meet desired milestones for the teams
Requirements:
5–7 years of experience in technology training, IT training, corporate learning, or enablement roles
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or related field
Proven experience translating complex business and technical requirements into structured training programs
Experience designing AI‑driven training solutions
Experience working with business leaders and translating business goals into training requirements
Hands-on experience delivering training for business applications, software tools, or enterprise platforms
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools
Experience using recording & editing tools (Camtasia preferred), Docebo or other learning management systems
