Job Description:

Our Technology Control International team collaborates with business and technology groups to identify, assess, manage, and mitigate risks associated with their operations. Operating across all international regions, we engage with multiple stakeholders in Technology, Business Functions, and the three lines of defence. Reporting to the Head of Technology Control International, this Control Officer position supports leaders in executing and managing global risk programs. Job Responsibility:

Represent the APAC region from a Technology Control perspective
Manage key stakeholders across all three lines of defence
Engage with Technology Control central teams
Facilitate and support Tech elements of International regulatory reviews
Facilitate the International Technology components of the Global and International RCSA programmes
Consume shifting program requirements
Establish strong partnership and collaboration with Wells Fargo Technology central control
Identify opportunities for Process and Control improvements
Provide risk and control reporting and updates
Support the production of International Technology Control materials

Requirements:

7+ years of Risk Management or Financial Services Industry experience
10+ year experience in Risk Management, Control Management
7+ years experience in Technology Risk Management and/or Technology
Exceptional coordination / communication skills
Experience within a Technology Risk or Business Risk function
Experience of responding to regulatory questionnaires/assessment
Experience of large scale RCSA programmes
Experience of Issue Management processes
Broad and significant knowledge of technology and the associated challenges
Understanding of technology and security risk framework
Professional certifications such as CPA, CSCP, CRCM, CGEIT, CRISC, CITP, CISA, CISSP, or similar
Strong business oral and written communications skills
Ability to work well in a matrix organization
Ability to coordinate completion of multiple tasks
Ability to prepare management level presentations
Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
Strong analytical skills
Strong collaboration and partnering skills

Nice to have:
