Job Responsibility:
People Management: deliver success through empowerment and accountability by modeling, coaching, and caring
Pre-Sales Support: coach teams on pre-sales activities, interact with pre-sales team, provide input on trends, make deal approval decisions, identify expansion opportunities
Technical Delivery: participate in workforce planning, collaborate with account team, support project managers, guide team to operational excellence, serve as executive sponsor, nurture customer relationships, manage escalations
Intellectual Property Management: ensure team readiness and knowledge sharing, encourage creation and sharing of IP, promote use of Industry Solutions offerings
Business Development: sponsor initiatives to develop business and drive awareness
Readiness: ensure team achieves relevant certifications, contribute to creating readiness plan, act as trusted advisor
Operational Excellence: support business management, provide recognition, ensure compliance
Change Management: communicate business strategy and alignment
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field AND 6+ years leadership experience in relevant area of business OR equivalent experience
4+ years customer facing experience or client delivery experience
3+ years team leadership or people management experience, with or without direct reports
12+ years leadership experience in relevant area of business (preferred)
8+ years customer facing experience or client delivery experience (preferred)
8+ years people management experience (preferred)
Technical certifications based on domain/service line (e.g., Azure, Security, Dynamics) (preferred)
