Job Description:

Technology Consultant role providing technology consulting to external customers and internal project teams, responsible for delivering technology solutions that meet customers' business needs and maintaining knowledge of leading edge technologies.

Job Responsibility:

Provide technology consulting to external customers and internal project teams
Provide technical support in creation and delivery of technology solutions
Understand customers' businesses and needs
Maintain knowledge of leading edge technologies and industry/market domain knowledge
Contribute to company's solutions portfolio
Deliver assigned tasks within project delivery cycle
Perform systems configurations
Troubleshoot systems errors/problems
Monitor and test systems performance
Contribute to design of technical solutions for customer environments

Requirements:

1-3 years of technical experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related area of study
Sufficient technical knowledge to assist with completion of specific deliverables
Ability to communicate concepts with team and peers
Ability to produce basic documentation to required standards
Understanding of assigned discipline or technical area
Fundamental technical knowledge
