As a Technology Consultant, you will contribute to pre-sales processes, engage with customers and partners to understand business needs, and deliver technical solutions that drive value. You will leverage your knowledge of Microsoft technologies and intellectual property, support project planning and delivery, and ensure operational excellence while building strong customer relationships.
Job Responsibility:
Participate in project planning by identifying risks, dependencies, and proposing mitigations, ensuring alignment with customer business goals
Implement technical solutions, coordinating with customers and partners to deliver quality outcomes and support business transformation
Cultivate strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to identify satisfaction drivers and establish recovery actions to improve experience
Contribute to pre-sales activities by sharing technical expertise and helping to scope projects in your specialty domain
Stay current with Microsoft technologies, industry trends, and best practices
share knowledge within the team and technical communities
Support operational excellence by adhering to Microsoft policies, compliance procedures, and ensuring timely completion of readiness tasks
Provide feedback and contribute to the development and improvement of intellectual property (IP), tools, and methodologies
Requirements:
B.Tech degree in Computer Science or a related field
Currently pursuing & in final year of M.Tech degree in Computer Science or a related field
Minimum 12 months of full‑time, relevant work experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders
Nice to have:
Technical certifications in Azure, Security, or Dynamics
Exposure to consulting engagements and solution delivery projects
