It's all about great food, welcoming spaces, and experiences people come back for. The Technology Co - Ordinator supports the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects. This role ensures projects run smoothly by coordinating resources, tracking progress, managing documentation, and facilitating communication between stakeholders, technical teams, and management.
Job Responsibility:
Assist in planning and scheduling IT projects, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for project execution
Track project progress and update project documentation, reports, and dashboards
Organise and attend project meetings
record minutes and follow up on action items
Monitor project risks and issues, escalating where necessary
Maintain project documentation (plans, logs, status reports, RAID logs, etc.)
Support budget tracking and resource allocation
Ensure adherence to project management methodologies
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and gather requirements
Assist in change management and quality assurance processes
Requirements:
Organisational, multitasking, and time-management skills under pressure
Excellent communication with attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
Basic understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, or software development
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello)
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
1–3 years' experience in project coordination or administrative support (preferably in IT)
Familiarity with project management frameworks would be ideal
