Job Description

The role is part of a team responsible for managing global capacity infrastructure tools supporting a large distributed server environment to facilitate capacity management data, analytics, and associated processes.

Job Responsibility

  • Management of the BMC Truesight Capacity Optimization application and infrastructure
  • Migration to and ongoing support of the BMC Helix Continuous Optimization platform
  • Provision of analysis and expertise to facilitate remediation of issues in the distributed capacity infrastructure environment
  • Development and enhancement of tools, analytics, and processes to facilitate capacity management across Citi
  • Identification and resolution of opportunities, issues, or gaps for capacity management services
  • Establishment of processes to provide governance and ongoing oversight

Requirements

  • Experience with management and maintenance of large applications and associated platforms
  • Expertise in development, coding, and DevOps tools and processes
  • Advanced ability to use tools and databases to parse, merge, analyze, and present metrics and analytics
  • Familiarity with management of container environments including Docker images and Artifactory
  • Capability with integration of external tools, connectors, and APIs including APM, database, inventory, and other platforms/services
  • Experience in capacity planning, systems performance analysis, and optimization in a distributed environment
