Job Description:

Manage HR Technology Scrum Master/Kanban leads to ensure consistent direction and effective flow of work, resulting in consistent deliverables across scrum delivery teams within the Enterprise Functions Technology group supporting Human Resources Technology.

Job Responsibility:

Manage and develop a team of Scrum Masters and Kanban Leads
Ensure collaboration and strong partnership on delivery teams for critical deliverables
Collaborate with Technology Leadership, Agile Transformation Leader, Product Coach and Business partners to mature Agile practices
Identify and recommend opportunities for Agile maturity and process improvements
Develop and guide a culture of talent development
Identify and proactively address risks and propose alternative solutions
Coach the team in better enterprise-wide applications of delivery teams
Manage resource allocations and financial oversight of team

Requirements:

4+ years of Technology Business Systems or equivalent experience
2+ years Leadership experience
4+ years of Agile Scrum/Kanban experience
2+ years of Agile Planning experience
2+ years of management experience including assigning tasks, conducting performance evaluations, determining salary adjustments

Nice to have:

Ability to negotiate, influence, collaborate, build successful relationships
BS/BA degree or higher
Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication skills
3+ years' experience in strategic planning technology
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
Knowledge and understanding of Information Technology application development
Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure
Experience working with subject matter experts within multiple human resources disciplines
Experience with Tableau, Power BI and other reporting tools
Workday human capital management experience
Experience introducing improvements in workplace through effective analysis, critical thinking, and innovation
