Job Description

In this role, you will consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives for complex business and technical needs. This position involves consulting on the strategy and resolution of unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas. You will provide expertise to senior leadership on innovative business solutions and strategically engage with client personnel.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide hands-on support related to payments, schedules, repayments, and transactions within LoanIQ
  • Navigate screens, notebooks, and process transactions efficiently in LoanIQ
  • Write comprehensive business use cases and test transactions within LoanIQ
  • Develop use cases that can be effectively utilized by developers for implementation
  • Support loan servicing activities, including accrual adjustments and processes across various loan types

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Business Systems Data or Business Systems Design experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education
  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience with LoanIQ
  • Critical experience in loan servicing, including accrual adjustments, member deals, and trading
  • Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Jira, and Teams
