Job Description:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Technology Business Services Director to lead the Analytics & Insights function within the Technology Analytics organization in Technology Management & Strategy. This leader will play a pivotal role in a new operating model that will enable operational excellence in managing the business of Technology with an insight-driven approach and robust data environment.

Job Responsibility:

Lead Analytics & Insights function within Technology Analytics organization
Deliver contextual and actionable intelligence that drives business outcomes
Own all communications to user community
Manage intake processes
Serve as primary liaison to Technology Analytics Product delivery teams
Optimize workflow efficiency
Embed analytics into strategic decision-making
Manage and develop Technology Business Services team and managers
Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk control development
Interpret and develop policies and procedures for technology business functions
Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals
Manage allocation of people and financial resources
Develop and guide culture of talent development

Requirements:

8+ years of Technology Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education
4+ years of management or leadership experience
4+ years of experience with technology business management acumen with advanced data expertise
Data fluency and ability to encompass practical application and storytelling aspects of data
Ability to work across full analytics spectrum: descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, prescriptive

Nice to have:

Proven track record of leading large-scale analytics transformation initiatives within a complex, matrixed organization
Experience with AI to generate reports, analyze data trends or summarize business insights
Proficiency in data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, ThoughtSpot) with proven experience supporting modernizing reporting ecosystems
Strong experience in executive-level stakeholder engagement
Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into data-driven solutions
Proficiency in data governance, quality management, and automation
Experience managing cross-functional teams
Familiarity with agile methodologies
Strong business acumen with ability to align analytics initiatives to enterprise goals
Excellent communication and storytelling skills
Experience in talent strategy execution
