The Technology Business and Strategy VP role will provide comprehensive support across functions for the CBNA CFO & Finance Transformation Group. This organization covers a diverse group of Finance functions, including the managing the CBNA CFO & Finance Transformations Group overall budget, monitoring tech execution to the budget requests during the year and aligning to the budget, contributing to the monitoring of issue management and euc remediation. This role requires excellent communication and relationship building skills, strategic thinking, business acumen, and attention to detail. The successful candidate will be an individual who is proactive with a proven track record in the areas of budgeting, monitoring actuals to budgets, partnering with other groups in the wider team to help monitor technology deliverables for issues and euc retirement and assist in the production of decks for technology related information. This role reports into the Technology Business and Strategy Lead, which has broader responsibility for technology budgeting and involvement in technology strategy and overseeing the technology component of the issues closure and euc remediation required for the group.
Job Responsibility:
Contribute towards the consolidation/production of the annual budget
Designing monthly expense reports vs actuals
Understand the roadmap for EUC retirement and issue close to support the issue management team and communicate where there are issues meeting commitments
Participate in driving the technology strategy
Creation of change management prioritization decks
Support routine and ad hoc reporting requests
Participate in the annual budget process
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in a relevant role
Prior experience budgeting and ongoing monitoring
Strong business acumen and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
Master’s degree preferred
