Job Responsibility

  • Provide day-to-day support for the ERP system (users, data, basic configurations)
  • Coordinate with ERP vendors or consultants for enhancements, fixes, and upgrades
  • Support simple automation initiatives (workflows, reports, dashboards)
  • Ensure data accuracy and proper system usage across departments
  • Provide first-level IT support for staff (hardware, software, email, access issues)
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and basic system security
  • Troubleshoot common technical issues and escalate when needed
  • Introduce and support the use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, automation tools) in daily work
  • Help teams use AI for tasks such as content creation, reporting, analysis, planning, and productivity
  • Create simple guidelines and best practices for safe and effective AI usage
  • Support teams in identifying where AI can save time and improve quality
  • Work closely with management to support digital and process improvement initiatives
  • Help document processes and suggest technology-based improvements
  • Support training and onboarding of staff on systems and tools

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or any related field from a reputable university
  • 2–5 years in IT support, ERP support, or technology operations
  • Basic to intermediate experience with ERP systems (ERPNext, Odoo, or similar is a plus)
  • General IT support knowledge (Windows, Office tools, email systems, basic networking)
  • Familiarity with automation tools, reporting tools, or low-code platforms (preferred)
  • Strong interest and hands-on ability with AI tools (ChatGPT, AI assistants, automation tools)
  • Strong problem-solving and support mindset
  • Ability to explain technology in simple, non-technical language
  • Organized, reliable, and service-oriented
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-changing environment
