Job Description

Our client, a highly rated global consulting firm, is currently seeking a Technology Audit Manager for the Financial Services industry. The role is located in midtown Manhattan requiring 3 days per week in office, with some local travel to NYC metro client locations.

Job Responsibility

  • Managing risks associated with client's use of technology to protect and lead enterprise value
  • Advising and consulting on different technology-related topics
  • Keeping up-to-date with evolving technology and building skills in all areas of technology
  • Handling IT General Controls (ITGC) and IT Frameworks
  • Ensuring Cybersecurity compliance and conducting Cloud Audits
  • Overseeing Data Governance & Privacy and managing Enterprise Applications
  • Ensuring Technology Resilience and overseeing Disaster Recovery
  • Handling IT SOX and Analytics
  • Keeping abreast of Emerging Technologies and managing Control programs

Requirements

  • 5+ years in technology audit/risk/consulting for the Financial Services industry
  • Professional certifications such as CIA, CRMA, CISA, CISM, CISSP, or similar are highly preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, and preferably in PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx, Python, and other Analytics tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field

  • Lead cloud infrastructure audits across AWS and GCP environments, assessing controls over access management, network security, encryption, logging and monitoring, configuration management, and data residency

  • Drive AI-powered automation of internal controls testing by integrating with IAM platforms (e.g., Okta, AWS IAM) and GitLab to continuously monitor access risks, code changes, and CI/CD controls
  • leverage AI/ML and automation to detect anomalies and generate audit-ready evidence that enables continuous auditing and improves precision, coverage, and efficiency
