We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Software & Hardware Asset Leader to join and assist us in building asset management capability within the organization.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive asset management strategies and policies
  • maintain an accurate inventory of all assets including licenses, installations, and usage data
  • manage entitlements and subscriptions
  • coordinate internal and external audits
  • monitor agreements, terms, and conditions
  • analyze assets need and usage data
  • assess and improve asset management processes, tools, and workflows
  • provide recommendations for implementing best practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive and diverse experience in establishing asset management capabilities
  • expertise in licensing models
  • understanding compliance requirements
  • awareness of industry trends in the field
  • formal qualification in business management, and technology
  • relevant certifications e.g., CSAM, CHAMP, ITIL.
