Job Description:

Robert Half is seeking a Technology Asset Coordinator to support asset management projects, focusing on tracking, labeling, auditing technology assets, and assisting with onboarding processes. The role requires working with systems like Microsoft Intune for data entry and tracking, but excludes IT troubleshooting or ticket resolution.

Job Responsibility:

Track and maintain accurate records of technology assets
Conduct regular manual audits of hardware
Use systems like ManageEngine and Intune for asset tracking and updates
Assist with onboarding new hires
Enter and update asset data in systems
Perform manual checks and reconciliations for inventory accuracy

Requirements:

Track and maintain accurate records of technology assets across various systems
Conduct regular manual audits of hardware, including physical verification of asset tags, stickers, and locations
Use tools like ManageEngine and Microsoft Intune to sync and update asset information
Ensure devices are properly labeled and accounted for in the asset management system
Assist with onboarding by preparing and recording technology assets for new hires
Ensure all new equipment is properly logged and labeled before deployment
Enter and update asset data in systems such as Microsoft Entra, Sophos, Intune
Perform manual checks and reconciliations to ensure accurate inventory data

Nice to have:

Experience with Microsoft Intune
Familiarity with tools like ManageEngine
