Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect to drive software architecture, technology standardization, and engineering excellence across Service Delivery. As a member of the Architecture & Technology Board, you will establish scalable, secure, and reusable architecture patterns, guide engineering teams, and ensure technology decisions align with enterprise standards and business objectives.

Job Responsibility

  • Define architecture standards, design patterns, and engineering best practices
  • Design scalable, resilient, secure, and cloud-native solutions
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles and non-functional requirements such as performance, scalability, reliability, and security
  • Evaluate and recommend technology stacks, frameworks, and tools
  • Drive technology standardization, reuse, and consistency across platforms and applications
  • Promote reusable architectural components and roadmap-driven solution design
  • Guide engineering teams on solution design, coding standards, and architecture practices
  • Support the development of microservices, API-driven, and cloud-native applications
  • Drive adoption of DevSecOps, CI/CD, automated testing, code reviews, static code analysis, and modern software engineering practices
  • Participate in architecture reviews and solution approval processes
  • Identify technical risks, design gaps, and mitigation strategies
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise standards, governance requirements, and quality expectations
  • Collaborate closely with Enterprise Architects, AI Architects, and engineering teams
  • Leverage existing platforms, frameworks, and shared services to maximize reuse
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, support proof-of-concepts, and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Experience with event-driven architectures using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar streaming platforms
  • Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD), service mesh, API gateways, caching strategies, circuit breakers, and rate-limiting
  • Experience with SonarQube, automated quality pipelines, and engineering governance practices
  • Exposure to AI/ML-enabled applications and enterprise integration platforms
  • Telecom domain experience
  • Relevant certifications such as AWS or Azure Solutions Architect, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), or TOGAF
