Job Description:

The Tech Program App Dev APAC is a trainee professional role that requires a good knowledge of the range of processes, procedures, and systems, along with a basic understanding of underlying concepts and principles. The candidate will make evaluative judgments, resolve problems by identifying and selecting solutions through technical experience, and exchange information in a concise and logical way. Responsibilities include ensuring efficient design and development, solving complex technology problems, assessing risks, and driving compliance with company policies and regulations.

Job Responsibility:

Provides technical knowledge to ensure efficient design, development and implementation on complex projects/assignments
leads system change process from requirements through implementation
solves complex technology problems/projects for the business unit supported
tracks business unit performance against the IT business plan and service level agreements
identifies gaps
appropriately assess risks when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets
drives compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations
adheres to policy
applies sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct, and business practices
escalates, manages, and reports control issues with transparency.

Requirements:

Previous relevant experience
consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
