Job Description

This role will focus on enhancing the firm's business development processes through strategic marketing technology solutions and efficient data management practices. Collaborating closely with key stakeholders, you will play a pivotal role in implementing tools, systems, and workflows that align with the firm's commitment to operational excellence and client relationship strategies.

Job Responsibility

  • Configure marketing technology systems in alignment with data governance standards to optimize business workflows and reporting capabilities
  • Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot issues and develop integrations that ensure accurate and actionable data for users
  • Develop and implement processes for capturing and maintaining client, matter, and personnel profiles to support business development efforts
  • Lead initiatives to streamline marketing workflows, including tracking opportunities, generating proposals, and managing award submissions
  • Establish and enforce data quality standards to enhance the accuracy and reliability of client and matter profiles
  • Create and deliver educational materials and training sessions to support user adoption of new tools and best practices
  • Coordinate with vendors to address system-related inquiries, resolve issues, and request enhancements
  • Participate in industry user groups and initiatives to stay informed on best practices and integrate them into the firm's operations
  • Identify inefficiencies in current processes and collaborate with teams to implement improved technology and workflow solutions
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy new tools and systems that align with the firm's strategic goals

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in technology administration, marketing technology, or related fields
  • Proficiency in database management, CRM systems, and web development technologies
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights
  • Demonstrated expertise in creating workflows and managing custom solutions to support business processes
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships across various stakeholders
  • Knowledge of Experience Database (Foundation) or similar
  • Familiarity with tools like WordPress, Excel, and other software programs used in marketing technology environments
