Job Description:

The Reactivate Your Career Program is designed to help individuals transition from a career break into a career within financial services. The program provides a structured induction, professional development, and learning delivered over 12 months, along with flexible working arrangements and the support of a buddy system for a smooth transition.

Requirements:

Have been on a career break for at least 2 years
Have a minimum of 4-5 years professional work experience in an Application Development / Support environment
Be eligible to live and work in the United States
Be interested in starting the next phase of their career in financial services, in a technology role
Demonstrate natural curiosity and be motivated to learn new skills
Exhibit excellent teamwork, accountability and communication skills
Possess working knowledge of English
