Job Description:

Citi's Reactivate Your Career Program is a supportive initiative to help individuals transition back into financial services careers after a career break. The program includes induction training, professional development, and networking opportunities over a 12-month period.

Job Responsibility:

Participate in a structured and in-depth induction to help transition back into the workplace
Participate in a tailored program of professional development and learning delivered over 12 months
Collaborate within a supportive cohort and work with a buddy to ensure a smooth transition into life at Citi

Requirements:

Have been on a career break for at least 2 years
Have a minimum of 4-5 years professional work experience in an Application Development / Support environment
Be eligible to live and work in the United States
Be interested in starting the next phase of their career in financial services, in a technology role
Demonstrate natural curiosity and be motivated to learn new skills
Exhibit excellent teamwork, accountability, and communication skills
Possess working knowledge of English
