Job Description:

At Citi, the Technology Placement Programme offers graduates the opportunity to contribute to globally scoped projects using state-of-the-art technologies, benefiting from structured training and development programs. Participants work in an agile environment to develop software solutions and gain exposure to diverse technologies, including microservices, cloud adoption strategies, and data analytics tools. The placement includes training in technical and business leadership skills, with a commitment to fostering diversity and innovation.

Job Responsibility:

Develop quality and scalable software solutions using leading-edge technologies
develop code consistent with quality standards
offer support during testing cycles and post-production deployment
test and debug code
participate in the review of peer coding
work in globally scoped projects
contribute to real-world projects enhancing cybersecurity and driving data-powered innovations

Requirements:

Be graduating between Dec 2027 and May 2028
pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or other tech related degree
be a problem solver who thrives on innovation and enjoys tackling challenges head-on
possess a global outlook and willingness to collaborate across cultures and time zones
have excellent communication skills, project management, leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to work well within diverse teams
ability to pass technical interviews consisting of basic algorithmic programming exercises
must be collaborative and adaptable, with excellent communication skills
prior experience working in agile teams is desirable
