Job Responsibility

  • Characterize planned and unplanned work (NCR, BOI, Snags, Workbooks) - duration, zone, jobs activities, sequence, milestones
  • Support Manufacturing Leaders to achieve daily targets
  • Monitor daily manufacturing issues to secure production schedule (Shortage, disposition and documentation follow-up reviews)
  • Support Manufacturing Leader and team leaders to perform daily detailed scheduling
  • Track documentation according to aircraft manufacturing progress
  • Perform cycle time impact analysis based on production issues
  • Produce daily production schedule (Chart)
  • Responsible to maintain aircraft schedule and optimize overall schedule
  • Drive Schedule reviews meetings with upper management
  • Identify and participate in improvement projects

Requirements

  • College or university degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
  • Global vision of the business

  • Comfortable in a production environment
  • Analytical mind and comfortable presenting to senior management
  • Dynamic and a team player
  • Leadership and enjoys taking on challenges
