We are looking for a Technological Partnership Manager to develop our Technological Partner statuses as part of our strategic growth plan (Microsoft, AWS, Databricks, and others). This role includes leading the entire process – from gap analysis to achieving verified partner designations.
Job Responsibility:
Manage the full life cycle process across partner programs for different tech vendors with a particular focus on Microsoft by identifying requirements, converting requirements to tasks, and communicating them to stakeholders
Work on evidence collection, documentation, deadline management, and status maintenance
Register and manage Edvantis profiles on partner portals
Monitor partner portal dashboards and scoring metrics to proactively flag risks to status renewal or tier upgrades
Maintain an internal knowledge base of partner program requirements, changes, and renewal timelines
Support collection and submission of required customer references and case studies
Provide regular status updates and documentation to internal stakeholders
Identify and consult on the development of co-selling opportunities through partner channels
Together with the Edvantis Business Development Team, build trusted relationships with Partner Managers at Microsoft, AWS, Databricks, and other technologies
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in technology partnerships management
Strong understanding of technology ecosystems (Microsoft is a must)
Thorough knowledge of the process of partnership status achievement
Particular focus on Microsoft Partnership and AWS Partnership
Skills in managing multiple workstreams, documentation, and stakeholders simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage compliance-heavy documentation
Goal-oriented, self-driven mindset and confidence in working with long-term timelines
Positive, can-do attitude with a drive to make things happen
English level — Upper-Intermediate or higher
Nice to have:
Experience in helping a company to obtain a partner status from scratch
Existing relationships with Partner Development Managers at major tech vendors
Microsoft, AWS, or other vendors certifications
Experience working in or with software development or IT services companies
