Job Description:

Techno-functional quality analyst role ensuring software quality by performing manual and automated testing, developing technical skills and understanding of business functionalities for CitiDirect® Commercial Banking platform.

Job Responsibility:

Supports initiatives related to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process and product rollout into production
Designs, creates, and executes test scripts (manual and automated)
Conducts quality control user acceptance tests
Analyzes applications to ensure they meet or exceed standards and requirements
Identify, document, and track software defects using tools such as Jira
Documents test cases and scripts for future replication
Collaborate with business stakeholders, business analysts, and developers
Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies
Collaborate with wider teams for knowledge exchange and best practice sharing

Requirements:

Experience in software application testing
Understanding of QA within the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies
Experience with test management and defect tracking tools e.g. Jira
Understanding of Agile principles and practices
Hands-on experience working in Agile Scrum framework is preferred
Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to work independently on assigned tasks
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Understanding of automation frameworks
Hands on experience with automated testing is preferred
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
