Seeking a Techno-Functional Oracle HCM Admin Consultant with a strong functional focus to support a lean HRIS environment. This role will partner closely with HR stakeholders and take ownership of day-to-day system administration, configuration, and support within Oracle HCM.
Job Responsibility
Administer and support Oracle HCM on a daily basis across core functional areas
Gather business requirements and translate them into system configuration and process improvements
Configure and maintain Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, and Talent Management
Troubleshoot system issues, support testing efforts, and drive enhancements
Partner with HR and HRIS stakeholders to optimize workflows and system utilization
Support integrations and data flow between Oracle HCM and external systems as needed
Resolve issues related to HR processes, system workflows, and system functionality
Provide documentation, testing support, and ongoing continuous improvement efforts
Requirements
Hands-on experience supporting Oracle HCM in a techno-functional capacity with stronger functional expertise
Proven experience with requirements gathering, configuration, and HCM administration
Strong knowledge of Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, and Talent Management modules
Solid understanding of HR processes and ability to align systems with business needs
Experience supporting integrations, ideally with payroll or time tracking systems
Ability to troubleshoot issues and support end users in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with business stakeholders
