Job Description

Seeking a Techno-Functional Oracle HCM Admin Consultant with a strong functional focus to support a lean HRIS environment. This role will partner closely with HR stakeholders and take ownership of day-to-day system administration, configuration, and support within Oracle HCM.

Job Responsibility

  • Administer and support Oracle HCM on a daily basis across core functional areas
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into system configuration and process improvements
  • Configure and maintain Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, and Talent Management
  • Troubleshoot system issues, support testing efforts, and drive enhancements
  • Partner with HR and HRIS stakeholders to optimize workflows and system utilization
  • Support integrations and data flow between Oracle HCM and external systems as needed
  • Resolve issues related to HR processes, system workflows, and system functionality
  • Provide documentation, testing support, and ongoing continuous improvement efforts

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience supporting Oracle HCM in a techno-functional capacity with stronger functional expertise
  • Proven experience with requirements gathering, configuration, and HCM administration
  • Strong knowledge of Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, and Talent Management modules
  • Solid understanding of HR processes and ability to align systems with business needs
  • Experience supporting integrations, ideally with payroll or time tracking systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues and support end users in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with business stakeholders
