Job Responsibility:
Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and diagnostics using advanced tools and equipment
Perform routine maintenance tasks including oil changes, brake checks, and tyre replacements
Identify and repair mechanical and electrical faults on a variety of vehicle makes and models
Maintain accurate records of all work carried out, including parts used and labour time
Work closely with the service team to provide timely updates and ensure customer satisfaction
Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times
Assist in training junior technicians and apprentices as required
Keep up to date with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques
Requirements:
NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent qualification
Proven experience as an automotive technician within the Automotive & Driving sector
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Good communication skills with a friendly and professional manner
Full UK driving licence is essential
Willingness to adapt and learn new technologies and systems
