Job Description:

Diagnose and provide service and repairs to hotel equipment including electrical, plumbing, steam, gas, fire & safety, HVAC refrigeration, interior, paint and decorating, Specializes in the maintenance and repair of hotel laundry and kitchen equipment. And respond to inquiries and problems in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons' policies.

Job Responsibility:

  • Implement and handle preventative maintenance of all equipment and update appropriate logs
  • Diagnose and handle all repairs of equipment including motors, starters, breakers, chillers and associated equipment throughout the entire building
  • Handle the calendars for the Dir of Engineering and Chief Engineering for appointments with contractors and vendors
  • Respond to guest calls regarding maintenance of rooms and equipment in rooms or public area in a timely manner
  • Take an active part in elevator professional training
  • Install electrical and mechanical systems for renovations, outlet additions and associated equipment and provide electrical set ups for exhibits including maintenance of those set-ups

Requirements:

  • At least one year of administrative experience, preferably in a hospitality or restaurant related field or other equivalent experience
  • Good knowledge of hotel fire, life-safety systems and equipment
  • Exert security-protecting ability by using one's own suit
  • Being calm and patient and being of service passion. Team player. Being fair and responsible. Be passion and love working
  • A valid certification for elevator safety is necessary
