Technician

A required FSE Technician works closely with Field Service Engineer to ensure probecard requirement meets customer needs. Operates methodology tools like PRVX machine to repair mechanical and electrical failures. Performs tweaking on Epoxy probecards that has Mechanical Failures (Alignment and Planarity) not exceeding 100 pins failure. Performs in-house repair of Technoprobe probecards at Customer site with probecard related issues/problems, i.e. replacement of component due to out of range component values or busted components, tweaking of misaligned pins, soldering of detached ST Wires, etc. Performs in-house repair of Technoprobe probecards at Customer site with probecard related issues/problems, i.e. replacement of component due to out of range component values or busted components, tweaking of misaligned pins, soldering of detached ST Wires, etc. Knowledgeable in electronic components troubleshooting; can detect and replace busted components. Knowledgeable in basic soldering process and its criteria/specifications as per requirement.
