Aircraft technicians are in charge of the dismantling, the greening and cutting phase. They are responsible to strip the inside of the aircraft down to its green shell, while sorting the waste materials and cut the airframe into little parts for treatment and transportation for recycling purposes. They also report to the dismantling leader.
Job Responsibility:
Remove component according to Airworthiness Documents
Scheduling and overseeing routine cutting & greening work order cards
Implementing and adhering to strict safety guidelines
Complete the greening and cutting of the aircraft according to internal procedures, execute task regarding greening and cutting outside scope of CAAC circular AC-145-FS-2019-017
Strip the inside of the aircraft (cockpit, cabin and cargo holds) down to its green shell
Sort the waste materials (cables, foam, cabin items…) obtained at source in order to recover as many of them as possible
Cut the airframe into little parts for treatment and transportation for recycling purposes
