Job Description

This function is to ensure that the operations achieve optimum performance and efficiency through daily maintenance by the team. Through implementing consistent monitoring and reviewing of our operational processes to ensure efficiency and productivity in maintaining the centre and ensure the building is in shape as new, providing good environment for our customers, tenants and co-workers and practising a long-term maintenance plan.

Job Responsibility

  • To supervise technicians team in maintaining, servicing, repairs and ensure that all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, building aesthetic/structure and gas system are in good working condition at all times
  • to supervise technicians team in performing regular checking of the facilities, comply with CMMS requirement
  • to supervise and monitor technicians team to ensure the service providers carry out their service according to the scope of work stipulated in the contract agreement
  • to lead technicians team in contributing to the planning, implementation and monitor preventive measures for all building Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems, i.e. ACMV, CMMS, Automatic Meter Reading, BMS, Public Display, Lighting Control, Fire Protection System, Public Address System, CCTV, Intrusion Alarm and Panic Button system, LPG system, etc.
  • to lead all technicians in supporting Safety & Security Officer in maintaining safety equipment in the building
  • ensure Log books and Building Documentation is up to date and completed to ensure effective controls are in place

Requirements

  • Certificate in mechanical / electrical with minimum 5 years working experience
  • proactive, team player, organised, work under pressure, customer orientated, work in shift
  • possess relevant trade certificate i.e Chargeman, Wireman, Building Technology, etc.
  • can read and understand M&E, Civil & Architectural, Plumbing, Sanitary & Drainage and Building Structure drawings
  • able to communicate in Bahasa and English
  • able to prepare simple report on work completed
