Job Description

Entry-level position with limited experience, focusing on developing skills in basic tasks, techniques, and procedures within a specific functional area. Responsible for performing routine tasks and adhering to clearly defined SOPs and quality guidelines under high supervision.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and implement programs to establish and maintain quality standards for existing products and services
  • Assist in developing and implementing a compliant and cost-effective quality system to ensure products and services are reliable, safe, and effective
  • Follow basic operating procedures and perform routine and some non-routine tasks within a group or department
  • Maintain appropriate licenses, training, and certifications as needed
  • Work within established quality guidelines, ensuring compliance with GLP/GCP/cGMP and global Drug and Device Development Processes
  • Utilize measuring tools like calipers, rulers, and vision systems to read drawings and ensure product quality

Requirements

  • 1-2 years’ experience in reading drawings and using measuring tools like calipers, rulers, and vision systems (preferred)
  • Basic skills training in analytical/scientific methods or operational processes
  • Knowledge of computer software, including Excel and Word
  • Conversant with regulations, GLP/GCP/cGMP, and global Drug and Device Development Processes (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a highly supervised environment with minimal discretion
  • Organized and self-motivated
  • High School diploma required
  • Demonstrates knowledge of basic operating procedures for a specific functional area
  • Accountability for executing specific tasks under the oversight of a supervisor
  • Ability to influence quality, cost, and productivity through task execution

Nice to have

  • 1-2 years’ experience in reading drawings and using measuring tools like calipers, rulers, and vision systems (preferred)
  • Conversant with regulations, GLP/GCP/cGMP, and global Drug and Device Development Processes (preferred)
