Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement programs to establish and maintain quality standards for existing products and services
Assist in developing and implementing a compliant and cost-effective quality system to ensure products and services are reliable, safe, and effective
Follow basic operating procedures and perform routine and some non-routine tasks within a group or department
Maintain appropriate licenses, training, and certifications as needed
Work within established quality guidelines, ensuring compliance with GLP/GCP/cGMP and global Drug and Device Development Processes
Utilize measuring tools like calipers, rulers, and vision systems to read drawings and ensure product quality
Requirements:
1-2 years’ experience in reading drawings and using measuring tools like calipers, rulers, and vision systems (preferred)
Basic skills training in analytical/scientific methods or operational processes
Knowledge of computer software, including Excel and Word
Conversant with regulations, GLP/GCP/cGMP, and global Drug and Device Development Processes (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a highly supervised environment with minimal discretion
Organized and self-motivated
High School diploma required
Demonstrates knowledge of basic operating procedures for a specific functional area
Accountability for executing specific tasks under the oversight of a supervisor
Ability to influence quality, cost, and productivity through task execution
Nice to have:
