As a Production Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting aseptic manufacturing in a cleanroom environment. The flawless execution of your responsibilities will contribute to the delivery of safe and high-quality products to our communities, making a significant impact on people's lives. Starting Salary is €30,400 plus shift allowance. 3 week shift rotation - two weeks - early 7:00am - 3:30pm and one week late - 2:30pm - 10:30pm
Job Responsibility
Picking raw materials for daily manufacturing, ensuring an uninterrupted production process
Preparing components for use in Validation work, contributing to the successful implementation of new technologies and practices
Sanitizing equipment for use in graded cleanrooms, maintaining a strictly controlled and hygienic environment
Performing environmental monitoring when required, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety
Assisting in cleanroom activities, including basic aseptic techniques, to ensure the production of flawless products
Labelling and packing finished products with utmost precision and attention to detail
Strict compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) or Good Distribution Practices (GDP) to uphold our commitment to quality
Adherence to Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) requirements, promoting a safe and secure working environment
Requirements
While experience is helpful, it is not crucial as we provide comprehensive training to all our technicians
A desirable knowledge of GMP to ensure strict compliance with industry standards
A curiosity about learning new technologies and practices, as we continuously strive for innovation
Self-motivation and excellent communication skills to contribute effectively to a collaborative team environment
An analytical and meticulous approach to problem-solving, ensuring accurate and efficient resolutions
