  • Assist with general building maintenance projects including painting, drywall, carpentry, assembly and moving furniture
  • Follow direction by supervisor or client
  • Perform general custodial duties including disinfecting
  • Ability to complete interior and exterior maintenance duties
  • Possess knowledge of the use and care of general tools and equipment used in facilities maintenance
  • Capable of lifting loads over 50 pounds
  • Flexibility to work all shifts, including holidays and weekends, as demanded by specific projects
