Job Responsibility

Performs routine preventive maintenance to ensure safety, proper functionality, and aesthetics of facilities, equipment, or fixtures
Performs major and minor repairs on facilities, equipment, or fixtures by utilizing multiple craft skills
Manages work orders, maintenance schedules, and contractors
Leads and participates in teams by using and sharing resources, information, and tools
Develops, communicates, and implements processes and practices to meet business needs
Demonstrates, promotes, and supports compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity

Completion of a 2-year Vocational or Technical trade program
Intermediate level functionality of word processing, spreadsheet, email, and presentation software (for example, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
