Job Description

Responsible for General Maintenance of Production equipment and facilities.

Job Responsibility

  • Perform mechanical, electrical and pneumatically hydraulically, repairs on all production equipment
  • Trouble shoot mechanical, electrical and pneumatic problems
  • Fill out necessary documentation to comply with specifications and SOP'S
  • Perform preventive maintenance work according to established standards
  • Fill out preventive maintenance reports
  • Responsible for equipment and tools
  • Must keep work area in the most clean and orderly conditions
  • Conform to Baxter GMP and Safety regulations
  • Capable of understanding schematics and blueprints
  • Self-starter and capable of working with minimum supervision
  • Capable to perform calibration of equipment
  • Must repair and provide maintenance to equipment by utilization sophisticate testing equipment, manuals, manufacturer show instruction, etc.
  • Participate on duties and activities during shut down period
  • Actively report health and safety hazards, environmental aspects, incidents, and EHS management system risks and opportunities
  • Participate in the development, planning, implementation, performance evaluation and actions for continuous improvement of theEHS Management System

Requirements

  • Associated degree in Electronic or Industrial Mechanic or BA preferred
  • Zero to 3 years of related work experience
  • Knowledgeable of Injection Molding machines and auxiliary equipment
  • Bilingual (Spanish and English)
