Job Description:

Join our dynamic Building & Facility department and play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of administrative buildings in Brussels and Anderlecht. As a Technician / Building Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of maintaining critical installations and executing impactful projects in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support for the management and monitoring of technical building maintenance (HVAC, low voltage, high voltage, fire detection, access control, UPS, emergency generators, etc.)
  • Execution of various repair, renovation, and technical improvement projects from problem identification through commissioning of new installations
  • Operational role in managing incidents and various occupant requests
  • Perform various operational & administrative tasks including purchase requests, technical assessments, and verification of invoices for completed works
  • Support in managing various documentation related to legal requirements, plans, work instructions, and user data management
  • Ensure effective communication with internal clients and external suppliers
  • After a learning period, possibility to join the on-call operational team

Requirements:

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and Microsoft 365 tools: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, Teams
  • Experience with AutoCAD and CAD software
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems, Electricity, and Building Management Systems (BMS) is essential
  • Strong technical knowledge with an autonomous and proactive approach
  • Language skills: spoken and written French / Dutch
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electromechanics or equivalent experience

Nice to have:

Completed trainings such as BA4/BA5 + High voltage, VCA, asbestos awareness are considered an asset
