Job Responsibility

  • Accomplish scheduled daily preventive maintenance of tools inside cleanroom environment
  • Perform simple troubleshooting and repair activities of tools with breakdown following guidance from maintenance head
  • Ensure machine maintenance check sheets are filled out in a timely manner
  • Execute cost reduction initiatives spearheaded by engineers
  • Perform other duties as assigned by immediate superior

Requirements

  • Graduate of any Technical Course
  • Knows how to read and interpret machine diagrams
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Team player

  • Responsible for ensuring that all electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety equipment within the facility are operating at peak efficiency
  • Render assistance in administration and regulation of the duties of junior technicians and provide oversight of contractors’ roles for electrical duties
  • Analyze systems requirements, conducts research on equipment and procedures and recommends modifications to new and existing systems
  • Troubleshoot, repair and make modifications to malfunctioning electronic units like the printed circuit boards, set-up sensing mechanisms, and advanced electrical circuits
  • Perform maintenance, installations, and service repairs on critical data center systems, as well as all industrial electrical equipment and systems
  • Perform daily walk-through of facility documenting parameters such as power availability, temperature and humidity, alarm status, etc.
  • Manage mechanical and electrical systems in emergency situations including HVAC components, power distribution equipment, generator systems, etc.
  • Identify required materials and parts for maintenance and repair
  • Maintain relationship with all major vendor accounts
  • Schedule, coordinate, and oversee all critical environment vendors during maintenance, emergency, and break/fix events
