Job Responsibility:
Responsible to sustain test equipment with minimal downtime
Provides Manufacturing and Equipment support needs in a rapidly changing development and high volume manufacturing environment
Dismantles, adjusts, repairs, and assembles equipment according to schematics, repair manuals, or specifications
Performs preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting diagnosis on production equipment
Resolves non-standard problems, works with minimal supervision, and can adjust to rapidly changing priorities
Must be a self-starter capable of managing own activities as well as supporting team activities
Works with Engineering to support new equipment installations and improvement initiatives
Responsible for improving and sustaining the equipment capability and meet the KPI (Availability, OEE and Yield)
Assist engineer during DOE and improvement project
Requirements:
Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical/ Electronics/ Mechatronics or related fields
Previous Experience as a minimum one to two years’ experience in Tester Maintenance, Automation or related field
Proficient at troubleshooting for the tester with Linux and Windows OS
Ability to perform troubleshooting on electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and PC software/hardware related issues
Ability to use schematics, hand tools, electrical gauges and common test equipment for calibration, diagnosis and repair of equipment
Self-motivator
ability to work independently under general guidance and direction
High level attention to detail with methodical approach to troubleshooting and project management
Drive solutions and guidelines by recommending and writing maintenance procedures
Excellent verbal/written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with peers, engineering, and managers
Problem Solving & Decision making skill
Knowledge and proficiency in the use of PC based Test Equipment
Knowledge in machine control system such as PLC, sensors, relays and pneumatics
Able to use Microsoft office and computer applications
Nice to have:
Previous Experience as a minimum one to two years’ experience in Tester Maintenance, Automation or related field will be added advantages
Proficient at troubleshooting for the tester with Linux and Windows OS will be added advantage
