Key Responsibilities: 1. Business & Operational Support: Drive day-to-day business operations, ensuring smooth execution of operational processes across teams. Support business planning activities including headcount, budget tracking, vendor / CW management, and resource planning. Act as an operational point-of-contact for leadership and cross-functional teams. 2. Financial & Data Analysis: Prepare and maintain operational dashboards, metrics, and management reports. Analyze trends related to spend, productivity, capacity, and operational efficiency. Provide insights and recommendations to leadership using structured data analysis. 3. Program & Stakeholder Management: Coordinate operational programs across multiple stakeholders and teams. Track action items, milestones, and risks; provide regular status updates. Support leadership cadence meetings, reviews, and business rhythms. 4. Documentation & Governance: Maintain clear documentation for processes, operating models, and decisions. Ensure alignment with compliance, audit, and internal governance requirements. Support audits, reviews, and leadership requests as needed.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Proficiency in Excel (advanced), PowerPoint, and data reporting tools
Experience working in cross‑functional, matrixed organizations
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
