Job Responsibility

Plan and execute validation, qualification, and regression tests across products, systems, and subsystems, ensuring adherence to test plans and schedules
Generate clear, accurate test reports, maintain detailed logs and evidence for traceability, and support engineers with data analysis for design and qualification decisions
Perform initial failure analysis on test failures, identify probable failure areas, and provide first-level triage before escalation. Present findings during issue scrub meetings and support root cause analysis
Set up, configure, and maintain test infrastructure, including systems, devices, automation setups, and lab equipment. Ensure test environments are stable, repeatable, and compliant with defined standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as design, firmware, validation, and quality to resolve issues efficiently and support the implementation of engineering processes and test methodologies
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying gaps in test coverage, infrastructure, or execution workflows. Proactively identify and communicate risks in test execution and infrastructure readiness
