Requirements

8+ years of demonstrated excellence generating technical documentation, preferably in accordance with Mil-Standards
3+ years Managing Technical Manual development, preferably in a fast paced Program of Record, environment
Experience reading and interpreting engineering documentation
Experience in working with Level of Repair Analysis (LORA) and Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA) to plan and construct S1000D Publications

Job Responsibility

Take extreme ownership of Technical Data Module development and delivery, providing accurate, updated, and easy-to-understand documentation on how to use Fury
Organize our engineering and program delivery functions
Work closely with engineers, operations, and various subject matter experts as well as Gov representatives and 3rd Party Venders, to understand our products, identify user workflows, and use documentation to close the gap
Utilize your excellent leadership skills to drive the team to deliver contractually required deliverables on time and defect-free
Identify relevant stakeholders and lead them through a documentation roadmap with established key milestones and targets
Ensure that stakeholders are engaged at the right time, and guide them towards a finished user-facing document that plainly meets customer needs
Work with our account teams to ensure that contract deliverables are accurate, on-time, and in the right format
Generate, review, and edit s1000d data modules in Siemens Rapid Author
Manage scope and schedule for all contractual milestones related to Tech Manual (TM) Development, for both internal teams and 1099 partners
Monitor overall team progress and provide weekly status reporting to leadership and stakeholders
