Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Writer to develop and maintain high-quality documentation across the entire product lifecycle, including user, service, and maintenance materials. You will ensure all documentation is clear, structured, and aligned with internal standards, supporting both internal teams and external customers.

Job Responsibility

  • Create and maintain technical documentation such as user guides, service manuals, service kit instructions, and technical bulletins
  • Own the full documentation lifecycle, ensuring content is accurate, up to date, and aligned with company standards
  • Collaborate with engineering, quality, technology, and marketing teams to translate complex technical information into clear content
  • Develop customer-facing documentation to improve user experience and ensure audience-specific clarity
  • Edit and standardize existing documentation to meet internal quality and formatting requirements
  • Manage documentation databases and ensure proper organization of all assets
  • Participate in projects involving documentation and user interface development
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, health, safety, and environmental requirements
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and escalate issues when needed

Requirements

  • University degree in English studies (technical/engineering focus) or equivalent education and minimum 3 years of experience in technical writing or university degree in engineering and certificate of advanced English
  • Background in technical or engineering environments, or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong knowledge of software and technical documentation tools, preferably MadCap (CMS experience is a plus)
  • Ability to work with graphics editing tools
  • Excellent English communication skills (additional languages are a plus)
  • Strong analytical and structured working style, even under pressure
  • Customer-centric mindset and high attention to detail
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Openness to occasional international travel – 1-2 business trips a year at the maximum (passport required)
  • Valid category B driving licence
