We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Writer to join our content team. In this role, you will work closely with product managers, engineers, and support teams to create clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation. Job Responsibility:
Create and maintain user guides, how-to guides, FAQs, and release notes for Infraon's product suite
Work with subject matter experts across Product, Engineering, and Support to ensure documentation accuracy
Test documentation against product functionality to achieve zero technical errors in content
Maintain consistency in style, tone, and branding across all product documentation
Update and publish content on the product documentation portal in line with release schedules
Incorporate feedback from product and content SMEs to continuously improve documentation quality
Assist in API documentation and technical references where applicable
Collaborate on LMS/video script content for product tutorials
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in technical writing, preferably for software or SaaS products
Demonstrated ability to write concise, clear, and accurate technical content
Basic understanding of REST APIs and ability to interpret Swagger/OpenAPI documentation (preferred)
Ability to understand and document product functionality from a user's perspective
Good communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
Familiarity with documentation tools such as GitBook or similar platforms is a plus
Willingness to learn and explore new products and technologies
Exposure to ITSM, AIOps, or IT infrastructure domains is an advantage
Nice to have:
