You’ll create clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for technical systems, software, and IT processes. This role is all about translating complex technical concepts into documentation that engineers, architects, and IT teams actually use.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and maintain technical documentation including specifications, diagrams, FAQs, and knowledge base articles
Translate complex systems, infrastructure, and SDLC concepts into accessible language for technical audiences
Ensure documentation accuracy, consistency, and alignment with internal standards
Collaborate closely with IT, software development, and architecture teams
Manage documentation within structured, version-controlled repositories using SharePoint and Microsoft 365
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Technical Writer in an IT or software development environment
Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), IT infrastructure, and systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience creating and updating technical specifications
Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft 365
Authorization to work in the U.S. is a precondition of employment
Nice to have:
Experience using Archi for ArchiMate architecture models and technical diagrams
Ability to read and understand source code
Prior experience in a legal or regulated environment
