Job Responsibility:
Create, edit, and maintain technical documentation such as product manuals, installation guides, FAQs, and service content, including text and illustrations
Translate input from engineers, product teams, and subject matter experts into clear and user-friendly structure and understandable language
Ensure documentation is accurate, consistent, and aligned with content standards and product branding
Support the continuous improvement of content processes, templates, and information flows
Take responsibility for structured content, metadata, and content lifecycle management
Requirements:
A background in technical writing, engineering communication, or a related field
Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them clearly for different audiences
Strong writing, editing, and content organization skills
Willingness to learn more about information architecture, content systems, and coordination across teams
Proficiency in commonly used illustration tools to enhance documentation
Technical background with the ability to easily comprehend technology and read technical specifications
Experience from following structured writing principles and working with content systems such as DITA CMS, XML tools, Doc as a Code and headless CMS
Strong language skills to ensure the correct tone of voice and terminology
