Job Description:

This role involves creating high-quality technical documentation for HPE's Aruba Networking products, working in a hybrid environment with an expectation to work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and adherence to Agile methodologies.

Job Responsibility:

Creates high quality, accurate, customer centric technical HPE's Aruba Networking product documentation for a variety of audiences
Analyzes customer information requirements and product specifications to define a technical content strategy and plan
Designs and develops written and/or visual product-related information
Codes, builds, compiles, and tests online information and/or sets-up, loads and tests systems hardware to create information deliverables
As customer advocate, helps define/refine product requirements
Develops standards and style documents and templates, scripts, style sheets, and script and graphic libraries to ensure common look and feel
Interfaces with cross-functional areas as a member of the product development team

Requirements:

First Level University degree in Technical Communications, Computer Science or related technical/communications field and a minimum of 4-6 years related experience or an Advanced University degree and 2-4 years experience or equivalent
Proven ability to create customer centric technical product documentation
Understands concepts and develops in-depth working knowledge of products, applications and systems in assigned area of responsibility
Ability to deliver documentation on multiple project technical requirements, schedules, and information formats
Familiar with HTML, DHTML, XML JavaScript or similar as required
Experience producing technical documentation
Experience working in a cross-functional team environment
Experience working in an Agile SDLC
Experience with Networking a plus
Experience with Dita or Topic Writing a plus
