Job Responsibility:

  • Identify areas of improvement of user guidance & usability in close collaboration with the development team
  • Document technical topics for the developer audience as well as user assistance documents for end users
  • Drive new user assistance approaches that effectively serve customers like (interactive) graphics, animated GIFs, how-to videos & social media content
  • Create user assistance deliverables in a development team that enable users to implement, configure, and use software applications
  • Participate in software & documentation testing
  • Define simple, consistent terminology that conforms to industry standards
  • Act as an advocate for an excellent user experience

Requirements:

  • University degree in technical writing, journalism, research, or similar
  • 1-3 years of experience in a relevant position
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Knowledge of SAP services and solutions
  • Experience using CMS and CCMS systems for documentation
  • Ability to write for both technical and end users
