A BS/BA in a technical (Science or Engineering) field of study and 3+ years of experience
Must possess and maintain an active DoD Top Secret clearance and have the ability to obtain a DOE Q clearance
Demonstrated experience with organization, logistics, and meeting management
Demonstrated experience and willingness to be a technical writer and editor when producing content

Job Responsibility

Provide support to U.S./UK Joint Program logistical and technical meetings
Become the technical lead for several meeting forums
Prepare agendas, announcements, action item logs, watch lists, and attendee listings
Write meeting summaries, documenting key points and important decisions
Assist U.S. Government customers in keeping them appraised of current concerns
Serve as the Navy liaison for atomic reporting, as well as the Polaris Sales Agreement (PSA) export control requirements and tracking
Prepare and transmit electronic files between U.S. Government customers and their contractors
Ensure information is expeditiously transferred to the UK team
Serve as liaison for UK MDA and PSA export control requirements and tracking
Coordinate and host technical program meetings
